Take a tour of the world this March with a meal inspired by some of the most memorable street foods we’ve experienced on our journeys!
Each course will feature a dish from a different country paired with a Thin Man Brewery beer curated and created by head brewer Rudy Watkins. — First Course: Peru Shrimp Ceviche – Argentinian red shrimp, burnt tomato, lime, jalapeño, red onion, cilantro and fried plantains. Paired with Sauvage Alliance: Wild Ale Aged in cab sauv barrels
Second Course: Taiwan Pork Belly Bao Buns – Triple cooked pork belly, steamed buns, kalbi sauce, green onion, cucumber, garlic chili sauce. Paired with Burning Money: IPA
Third Course: India Butter Chicken Curry – Tandoori Chicken, rich tomato curry sauce, basmati rice, naan bread, riata sauce. Paired with Helter Kelter: Dry hopped unfiltered lager
