Pocketship:
Pocketship π is a Buffalo-born Future-Funk / Disco dance collective built for movement β deep grooves, stacked vocals, and nonstop momentum from the first downbeat to the last. Blending funk, disco, rock, and modern electronic textures, the band delivers a high-energy live show designed to keep the dance floor moving.
Featuring an 11-piece lineup with a powerhouse vocal section, Pocketship pairs tight musicianship with infectious joy, turning every room into a shared celebration β equal parts concert and dance party.
Step aboard β the funk is cleared for takeoff! ππΊπͺ©
Organ Fairchild:
Jam scene mainstays Joe Bellanti, Corey Kertzie and Dave Ruch met in 1983 as members of Buffalo NY Grateful Dead cover band βWild Knights,β a group that still plays reunion shows to this day.
But it wasn’t until early 2020 that they wrote their first original music
together, this time as instrumental organ trio/funky adventure seekers
Organ Fairchild.
The debut gig was just a month before COVID shutdowns, but the horse was out of the barn and the response was immediate!
Highlights of the band’s short life to date include.
