Struggling Productions is proud to present our first show with The Cave, and it’s a damn good one too, featuring:
Pocket Vinyl is a piano slam rock band out of CT that features a live painter, who creates a unique painting on stage during every show which is auctioned off afterwards. Every painting and show is unique. The music contains songs about turning around and looking your fears right in the face, be they death, sexuality, silence, or the dare to hope defiantly. They are a one of a kind experience.
Tough Old Bird
Since its formation in 2013, Tough Old Bird has taken its music to bars, festivals, coffee shops, music clubs and radio stations all over the Eastern United States. The core of Tough Old Bird’s sound comes from Matthew Corrigan’s intricate acoustic guitar work, and from the voice and nimble harmonica playing of Nathan Corrigan, who holds a degree in literature and brings a poetic sensibility to the duo’s lyrics. Accents of accordion and waves of electric guitar give Tough Old Bird a sound that is at once modern and ancient.
“Stress Dolls’ truly unique sound is difficult to place into a neatly packaged genre; it’s rock with a punk persuasion, containing pop-like elements and provocative lyrics. It’s as if the angry music I listened to in high school grew up, matured, and started listening to NPR.”
