Jazz at Richardson: Wendell Rivera Latin Jazz Ensemble

You won’t want to miss the incredible return performance by the Wendell Rivera Latin Jazz Ensemble, consistently voted as the region’s top Latin Jazz Band in the JazzBuffalo Poll. For many, last year’s dance-infused session was the highlight of the Jazz at Richardson experience!

For two decades, Wendell Rivera’s Latin Jazz Projects have represented Buffalo both locally and internationally, recording original Latin Jazz music and bringing together the best Latin Jazz musicians in the area.

Once again, Wendell Rivera will be joined by an ensemble of top musicians. Featured are Lisa Hasselback on piano, Ben Levitt on bass, Hansel Herrera on trumpet, Calvin Rice on trumpet, Joey Gonzalez on drums, and Wendell Rivera on congas.
