~ STRESS DOLLS ~
An Alt/Pop/Rock artist from Buffalo, the moniker of songwriter Chelsea O’Donnell.
“As she belted out each song full of heart and soul I kept trying to place just who it was [Stress Dolls] reminded me of. It was familiar yet still felt like something I had not heard before… All the while her voice feels like a combination of Joni Mitchell, Linda Perry, Lzzy Hale, Courtney Love, Fiona Apple, Patti Smith… And I know some of those are pretty big names but, I’m telling you, so is the voice coming from the stage.” -Chris Chavez, That One Time at Bandcamp
“Uncorrupted by the industry, Stress Dolls keeps it real and isn’t that what we all turn to music to feel? …The revival of passionate, raw, and just slightly whiny music is in full swing, and I’m happy to see Stress Dolls contributing such sick songs to the never ending playlist in all our music libraries. Music like this is what keeps the scene alive.” – Courtney Bird, Haunted Publications
