Every first Friday of the month, the community is invited to attend a special day at the Buffalo AKG Art Museum, filled with interactive art events and activities inspired by our exhibitions and the works on view. There’s something for everyone! The line-up includes tours, classes, live music, talks, and hands-on activities. Many of the activities and tours are free.

A Neo-Classic Rock band from Buffalo with high-energy shows, thought provoking lyrics, and infectious melodies. They believe Joy is Revolutionary!
This diverse group of musicians creates songs that make you move to the movement and savor everyday joys like eating a fried pierogi dipped in hot sauce.
Recent performance highlights include Borderland Music + Arts Festival, Great Blue Heron Music Festival, North By Northeast Music Festival in Toronto, Bowery Electric (NYC), Rockwood Music Hall (NYC), Shea’s Performing Arts Center, Town Ballroom, Buffalo Iron Works, Sportsmen’s Tavern, Erie County Fair, and several outdoor summer concert series around Western New York.
