November 12, 2023, heralds the return of the Cathedral console, with 178 knobs and 90 combinations, and we’ll “pull out all the stops” in a glorious concert at 4 p.m. Tim Smith plays music of Buxtehude, Mathias, Price, Widor, and others, with the Incipio choral ensemble. Expect glorious hymn singing, accompanied from both Gallery and Chancel organs!
Chancel transformations behind the gleaming, gold leaf facades include an entirely new layout of more than 3,000 pipes made in Chicago, Boston, Germany, and Buffalo. Come and hear the rich, musical variety, ready to sing with the Cathedral angels!
