When it comes to the music industry, there are numerous pieces and parts that make everything work seamlessly. Whether it’s the different roles responsible for a live show, the producers/engineers that make the music sound flawless, or the team involved in a release. Many times those people are behind the scenes and artist Nate Blasdell is a prime example of that.
On the surface, some may recognize Vocalist/Guitarist Blasdell from metalcore/hardcore projects like The Bunny, The Bear or more recently I Set My Friends On Fire. The tenacious New Yorker has been in the scene since age 16, not only in the spotlight on stage, but also behind the scenes as a songwriter. Working with bands like MKTO, The Vamps and Big Time Rush, writing pop rock hits has been a passion for Blasdell, in addition to his love for the metal scene that has brought him the most notoriety. Blasdell is ready to step out of the shadows and put that talent on the forefront with his new project, Losers Club.
This project is extremely special for Blasdell as it’s his first time putting himself in the spotlight in a more pop driven project. Finding the perfect musicians to surround him was an easy task as he teamed up with long time friends Andy Champion(Roses Are Red), Cody Wagner(The Stellar Life), and Aidan Snyder. The combination of these musicians is the perfect storm as their musical backgrounds and influences blend effortlessly.
Losers Club premiered their debut single “Emerald Eyes” in April 2019, which was written, recorded, and produced in Blasdell’s home studio in his parent’s basement. The track came to fruition during a snow day when Blasdell was reminiscing about past tours and the different emotions that come with a demanding schedule. The infectious pop rock hit touches on the strain touring puts on a relationship. The track is easily relatable even to those who aren’t on the road as many of us have experienced spending time away from the ones we love. The memorable debut is guaranteed to get stuck in your head and is just a glimpse of what’s to come in the bright future for this band.

The We Were Sharks story is one of tenacity and passion, being told with catchy vocal hooks and crunchy guitar riffs. Since 2011 these Canadians have been dedicating their lives to pumping out tunes and tearing apart highways. With a recently solidified six-man lineup We Were Sharks are poised to pop.
After their debut LP release, Highways, in 2012 the band started gaining national notoriety and laid the foundations of a loyal fan base. Reinforced by their most accomplished work to date, 2015’s Not A Chance EP, which was released through Panic State Records. The record’s single “Bridge Burner” quickly amassed over 1,000,000 plays on Spotify.
Based in Ottawa and collecting members from the far reaches of Eastern Canada, We Were Sharks continue to wield the full-force of Canadian alternative music. Through a penchant for blending melodic harmony with powerful dissonance they continue to produce infectious music. Even though these boys already have a lot of mileage under their belts, their book is far from written.

Wednesday, July 10th – &More Chill Moody & Donn T w/ special guests

About &More Chill Moody & Donn T:
Visionary solo artists, Chill Moody (with his straightforward and prolific MC style), and singer Donn T (with her rich vocals and pictured songwriting) are the new Philly-bred band, &More. Here the supreme DIYers are at their best.
&More has gained steady traction since launching during Grammy week at The Roots’ Jam Session (Gramercy, NY) in Jan 2018. “My Own Light”, the band’s debut single dropped the following month.
In spring of 2018, the duo opened for former First Lady Michelle Obama at The Liacouras Center for College Signing Day and released the official music video for, “My Own Light” featuring Grammy Award-winning spoken word artist J. Ivy. &More also appeared on the Emmy Award-winning PBS tv series, Articulate with Jim Cotter where Donn T was a guest. With momentum building, midsummer 2018 found &More igniting The Chill Moody Stage as part of the Wawa Welcome America celebration, and taking no prisoners at WXPN’s (88.5 FM) XPoNential Music Festival.
Their strides won them the respect of powerhouse rockers, Low Cut Connie (lauded by Rolling Stone for one of The Best Albums of 2018). &More was invited to join their tour in Fall 2018. The unlikely lineup played to sold out crowds, on a lineup that also included country and americana singer-songwriter Ruby Boots.
The forthcoming single, “WHOA!” by &More, and the official music video, featuring the legendary Chuck D (Public Enemy, Prophets of Rage) arrives this winter on D-tone Victorious/ nicethingsMUSIC with distribution by Black 17/Orchard.
Ethel Bobcat, the much anticipated debut album by &More arrives early 2019.
According to the pair, “Ethel Bobcat is a fictitious character and symbolic of the neighbor who acts as a mouthpiece, news bearer and caretaker to all from her front stoop”.
While the project is heavily steeped in storyteller lyrical style, the duo ride atop the edgey tracks of producer Ben “IAmBNJMIIN” Thomas (Post Malone, Jazmine Sullivan, Brian McKnight, Ty $ ), guitarist/producer Jake Morelli (Bruno Mars , Grace Potter, The Roots, DJ Jazzy Jeff , Esperanza Spalding) and others.
What makes Chill Moody and Donn T a formidable team? She is Renaissance woman to his Atlas Man. In their respective camps, they’re each known to be weighty, multifaceted, hands-on artist-bawse types. As a power-packed duo they’re that, &MORE.
